The information below sets out Alpha CV Services Delivery, Cancellation & Refund policies for the services it provides.

Delivery Policy

Alpha CV Services will deliver the service purchased [CV, Cover Letter Writing], within 5 working days from the date of payment receipt, and after upload of your CV and completion of additional work history / experience using the CV upload form provided on this web site. If you would like a quicker service then please let us know before you purchase our services. A small additional charge may apply over the prices quoted, but this will be evaluated when you contact us.

Completed CV and/or Cover Letters will be delivered to the customer by email to the address provided on registration to the website.

All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT.

All payment must be made and validated prior to work starting. Our convenient payment method will ensure that your card is valid and there is sufficient funds available to be able to make the service purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have placed your order for service by email or telephone, it cannot be cancelled after a payment submission, or once work has been started on the service purchased.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be given once a purchase has been made and work started on your written CV or Cover Letter. Our course of action however if an issue should occur will be to discuss with you the nature of any dispute and to work with you closely until we reach a resolution to our mutual satisfaction. Any issues should be communicated to a representative of Alpha CV services within 2 days an order has been placed.

Returns Policy

Because of the nature of the services we supply, Alpha CV Services cannot accept any returns and therefore a refund of the completed documents to which the purchased service applies i.e. written CV or Cover Letter. Our course of action however if an issue should occur will be to discuss with you the nature of any dispute and to work with you closely until we reach a resolution to our mutual satisfaction.
